About Brian Cleveland Architects, Inc

Brian Cleveland Architects is located in Fairfield county and provides architectural design services throughout Connecticut to a wide range of project types focusing on single-family residential, multi-family residential, adaptive reuse, office, municipal, and industrial building types. We are most well know for our work with affordable, market rate, and subsidized multi-family project for developers, not for profit organizations, and housing authorities. Within all project types we strive to develop highly energy efficient buildings following the principals of USGBC LEED, Passive House, and EnergyStar. We have worked with several manufacturers of factory built buildings systems to expedite the delivery of a completed building to market while minimizing waste and energy use in the construction process and allowing our clients to occupy their buildings more quickly.
