The Principals founded our platform with a vision to restore the aesthetics of the District’s historic grandeur as well as to deliver cutting-edge urban infill projects. Brick Lane actively sources core, core-plus, and value-add investments in prime DC locations. The investments target significant returns on capital driven by a paradigm shift in the city. Brick Lane utilizes its broad network of operators, brokers, investors and service providers to identify off-market or overlooked opportunities that generate superior risk-adjusted returns.
