BRIDGE IN offers professional Employer of Record, Payroll Processing and Subsidiary Incorporation services to privately held and publicly listed companies (NYSE, NASDAQ), startups and scale-ups, looking to launch operations in Portugal and Europe, efficiently and with minimal risks. Our mission is to create and support decentralized organizations, where the traditional concept of a large HQ in main international cities is replaced by a structure organized in distributed hubs located in several locations, allowing companies to be leaner and more flexible, in addition to diversifying their talent pool, diluting geopolitical risks and granting a sustainable company growth.
