As the Director and Owner of Bridges Wellness Collective (formerly Bridges Counseling Center for Child and Family Wellness), I bring 20+ years of experience in psychotherapy, marriage and family therapy, counseling and mental health in sport. Licensed as a Professional Counselor, I lead a compassionate and professional team dedicated to empowering clients toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful life changes through confidential therapeutic relationships. Our center specializes in offering tailored marriage and family therapy for individuals, couples, and families, along with play therapy for children aged 3 to 11. We are committed to fostering emotional well-being by addressing challenges such as relationship dynamics, anxiety, and depression in a supportive, empathetic environment that prioritizes strengths and personal growth.
