About BridgeStreet

BridgeStreet was a leading provider of furnished apartments to corporations for a variety of extended stay needs including relocation, long-term consulting projects and intern programs. We operated high quality BridgeStreet or Mode branded apartments in the U.S. and EMEA. In addition, for clients who were looking for apartments in locations where we didn't have BridgeStreet operated apartments, we sourced apartments from third party operators who participated in our trusted supplier network and technology marketplace around the globe. BridgeStreet was a highly recognized brand in the furnished apartment industry from 1999 to 2020 when they closed their operations. BridgeStreet was one of the few players in our space with a truly global customer base. BridgeStreet actively promoted furnished apartments as an extended stay alternative and was a frequent industry award winning organization for quality and technology innovation. With the growth in alternative lodging choices, on-line distribution channels, and technology advances in real time booking, the serviced apartment industry experienced unprecedented growth and innovation. BridgeStreet was the forefront of this innovation with its launched and adopted technology platform that made it easier for clients to access serviced apartments, hotels and shared economy and for serviced apartment operators to distribute their inventory.
