About Brigade Fitness Unit

Our fitness unit functions with the motto: Health, Mind, and Nutrition. Being one of the largest fitness units in Chennai with a 10,000 sq. ft. area, our facility has a Steam bath, a Camo kitchen, a Group class studio, shower & changing rooms with lockers, and parking areas. However, my true calling led me to the wellness industry, and on March 20, 2015, I launched Brigade Fitness Unit. It’s a one-of-a-kind concept and India’s only Indian Army-themed fitness center. We started small, with a 2000 sq. ft. branch, but the vision and determination paid off. Today, Brigade Fitness Unit is home to Chennai’s largest fitness center—a sprawling 10,000 sq. ft. single-floor facility featuring state-of-the-art amenities and even a diet restaurant within the premises. We proudly serve 3000 happy clients, including over 100 celebrities, with the support of 30+ highly skilled international and national certified trainers.
