Bright Care was founded by Tim Cocking in 2009, with the belief that human connection, relationships and companionship should always be at the heart of care. As award winning, dedicated experts in elder care, we focus exclusively on supporting people in later life, offering trusted help and advice built on years of experience. We work exclusively for private clients, allowing us to maintain uncompromising standards in recruitment, training, and staff support by providing highly bespoke services without the constraints of short-visit contracts. Our commitment is to meaningful relationships, offering visits from two hours up to live-in care with the same regular carers for consistency and companionship. With local branches, local managers and local carers, we guarantee a truly personalised service that can respond quickly to local needs. Our team benefits from continuous professional development through our dedicated Bright Care Training Academy, ensuring they have the latest skills and expertise, all under a fully regulated and management service inspected and rated ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’ by the regulators (Care Quality Commission and Care Inspectorate).
