Here at Bright Sight Data, we like to think of ourselves as the “glue guys”. Our goal is to roll up our sleeves, help where we can and drive efficiency to allow our clients to focus on the skills that they possess - not on dealing with technology inefficiencies. Having possessed consultants that have both worked in the industry as well as consulted in the industry, we know what it takes for businesses (both large and small) to operate efficiently. We specialize in Project Management, Process Management and Change Management. Once we help set up systems in place to ensure data integrity, we then bring in our highly BI team to help with dashboarding - allowing senior leadership to gleam valuable insights into their data without having to waste time building out Excel reports.
