About Brighton and Hove Federation

Brighton and Hove Federation (B&HF) works with 31 GP practices across 6 Primary Care Networks (PCNs). We are a company limited by shares with each of our member practices as shareholders. This means that we do everything with our practices and their patients in mind. We work collaboratively to provide high quality clinical and support services to NHS primary care. By working closely with PCNs and surgery staff, we can identify need and provide support where required, as well as reacting to healthcare crises and Commissioner requests. We can quickly mobilise teams of healthcare staff to address fluctuations in system demand. We plan and deliver services with patients in mind. This means talking to patients, listening to feedback, and being willing to adapt to constantly improve our service. Our vision for Brighton and Hove is a city where people who need to access healthcare services can find what they need, when they need it. We believe that everyone should be able to access the care they need at any stage of life, enabling them to start, live and end their lives well.
