About Brighton Fitness Festival

We are Brighton Fitness Festival- Brighton and Hove's first ever fitness festival, celebrating all things fitness, movement, health and wellbeing! Our inaugural day-festival will take place on Saturday 24th June 2023, where we will be bringing a jam-packed day of live workouts, talks, seminars and interviews, a walk-through exhibition of local and national fitness and wellness businesses, healthy food and drink, and the opportunity to compete in, or spectate, the South Coast’s biggest fitness competition- The Vault Games! All profits from the festival will go to the fantastic local charity, FMG Project.
