Being a member of our chamber of commerce helps you build your business networks and develop your business. To get the most out of being a member, please consider how you can support and volunteer your services to help our small business community thrive. The Chamber of Commerce is run by an elected executive committee who are elected each year at our AGM which is held in September of each year. Being involved at this level of the organisation presents you with many opportunities to contribute and make a difference. It can also provide you with the opportunity to develop new skills and deepen relationships with others within our community. If volunteering is not for you, you can also actively support your chamber by: • Attending each of our Monthly Breakfast Meetings and bring your brochures to place on our trade table. • Host a business evening by inviting the chamber members to your premises. • Attend a business evening that other members host. • Attend our member forums and workshops • Attend one of our annual social evening events
