About Brooks and Michaels

Founded in 1972 and predominantly based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, we are proud of our long-standing tradition in the property market. Besides the sale of domestic property, we have a large letting division which is entrusted with both houses, flats and an ever-increasing management portfolio of Body Corporates. Our marketing policy is simple: "TO GIVE THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE TO OUR CLIENTS". We enjoy the challenge of matching buyer and seller and are kept up to date with new legislation, trends and training. All of our agents are members of the institute of Realtors of South Africa and adhere to the Institute's code of ethics.
