Since then, the business has grown organically, expanding into a second, larger location. With sites in Mickleover and Ockbrook, Brooks brings together carefully sourced food, a considered wine selection, and spaces designed to feel relaxed and welcoming. While the look and offering have evolved, the values remain the same. Quality produce, familiar service, consistency, and genuine care for the people who walk through the door.
