Browns Project Solutions is a client-side civil project management consultancy delivering water, roads and civil infrastructure projects across Regional Victoria. Established in 2012, we support local councils, authorities and private sector clients to plan, govern and deliver infrastructure projects in complex, regulated environments. Our core capability is infrastructure project management, with strong foundations in water infrastructure and civil construction. We provide end-to-end support across the full project lifecycle, including strategic planning, approvals, procurement, contract administration, construction management and project completion.
