About BSE Australia

Building Services Engineers (BSE) is a highly respected consulting engineering practice specialising in energy efficient and sensibly designed building services solutions (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, hydraulic, sustainability, audio visual, vertical transportation, acoustics and fire safety). Our way of working revolves around True Partnership; that we’re with our clients at each stage of the project, Specialist meets generalist; where we’re specifically structured to harness the power of specialisation while holding onto the coordination and optimisation that comes with having a complete picture, Bottom line sustainability; balancing environmental and financial sustainability, and Design-led engineering: our BSE 6 Stage Design Cycle™ ensures engineering works seamlessly with design from concept to completion. Formed in 1994 by current principal Andrew Fraser, BSE has developed strong and enduring partnerships with numerous clients and service providers, which means a significant portion of our work is completed for repeat customers. BSE’s qualified and experienced engineers and designers deliver outstanding results for projects through two specialist teams: Our Specialist Buildings Team work across the entirety of your building project, communicating with all stakeholders so that not only are your building services completed perfectly, but we’re enhancing other processes where possible. Our Specialist Interiors Team ensures design always complements the architects plans, not ignores them, leaving your services blended seamlessly with your interior for the perfect mix of functionality and design. From our North Sydney head office and our Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide regional offices, our engineers and designers deliver on projects throughout Australia.
