About Buena Vista Property Management

Buena Vista is a family-run property management company built on creativity, dedication, and integrity. Since welcoming our first client in 2008, we have grown to manage over 300 properties, earning a reputation as one of Malta’s leading names in property management. Founded and led by Paula and Aaron Xuereb — two professionals with extensive experience in the service industry — Buena Vista has developed into a trusted brand that blends personal care with professional expertise. Together with our team of full-time specialists in reservations, operations, housekeeping, and maintenance, we deliver a seamless and reliable service for property owners and their guests. What sets us apart is our hands-on approach. Every aspect of property management is handled entirely in-house — we never subcontract our work. This ensures quality, accountability, and the consistent high standards our clients expect. At Buena Vista, property management is not just one of many services — it is our sole focus, our core business, and our passion. That’s why we are committed to providing exceptional care for every property, every guest, and every client, 24 hours a day.
