About BUILD by Charlie

BUILD by Charlie is a London-based, female-led design and build practice specialising in bespoke home renovation, extensions, loft conversions, kitchens and bathrooms. Founded in 2023 by Charlie Avara, we focus on bespoke craftsmanship – but also on reducing stress and giving homeowners clarity and confidence throughout their building project. With over two decades of experience, Charlie has built a network of skilled tradespeople and suppliers who share the same dedication to quality craftsmanship in London house renovation projects of all sizes.
