About Build by Sets

Build by Sets is a principal contractor for high-end residential projects across Somerset and the South West. Heritage restorations. Contemporary new builds. Complex renovations. We work alongside architects, design teams and private clients on projects typically £250k and above. Our approach is to: sweat the details, do what we say we're going to do, and make the build process as smooth as possible for the clients investing in it. We follow robust processes because that's how quality scales. We look after our team because that's how standards hold. Our goal is to be the best principal contractor in the South West. Not the biggest. The best — measured by whether clients recommend us without hesitation.
