Builders Lab jobs and careers

About Builders Lab

Builders Lab builds AI agents and trains the teams behind them. We've worked with 70+ companies including Google, Wix, Fiverr, monday.com, Intel, Amdocs, SimilarWeb, Kaltura, and Yotpo. 50+ agents in production. 30+ product teams trained. Most projects go live within 30 days. We do three things: Train - workshops, AI task force programs, and hands-on training for product, engineering, and leadership teams. Consult - AI strategy, readiness assessments, policy, and buy vs. build decisions. We also work as interim Chief AI Officers for companies that need full-scope AI leadership. Build - production agents and automations. Voice agents, GTM agents, knowledge systems, custom workflows. Scoped, built, deployed, handed over. Founded by Amitay Boneh and Shay Shitrit. Between us: a decade of product management, 34K LinkedIn followers in the AI space, 50+ agents shipped, and a weekly newsletter read by 6,000+ people. Based in Israel. Working with companies everywhere.
