About Builders Workshop

Builders Workshop is a vertically integrated builder-developer delivering bespoke homes and luxury hospitality projects designed by leading architects across Texas, Wyoming, California, and now Utah. Founded by Geoff Hackett and joined by Spencer Padgett, the firm pairs craft with data-driven modeling, off-site fabrication, and other advanced technologies to meet tighter schedules with exacting precision. A clear, collaborative process keeps architects, trades, and clients aligned from concept to hand-over, producing spaces that honor both setting and owner vision. Builders Workshop’s work has appeared in Architectural Digest, Architectural Record, Dwell, and other respected publications.
