About Building Maintenance Excellence LLC

BME is a a full service commercial cleaning company. Our janitorial services are tailored to meet the needs of your business wether you have five employees or over one hundred. At Building Maintenance Excellence we also provide Eco-Friendly Parking Garage Services. We utilized state of the art equipment such as Auto Scrubbers as the primary cleaning device for covered parking garage floor surfaces. This machine sweeps, applies detergent, scrubs, and recovers the wash water in one pass, leaving the floor virtually dry. We only use our pressure washers minimally, to clean areas not accessible to the auto scrubber.
