Buildynamics is a construction-fintech platform that transforms construction projects into digital assets long before they become completed real estate. By converting ownership into blockchain-based tokens, the platform keeps financing flowing continuously throughout the project lifecycle. When a project owner uploads architectural plans, Buildynamics’ valuation engine and Construction Breakdown System (CBS) analyze the design, calculate costs, and set an estimated value for the project’s digital tokens. These tokens represent fractional ownership and can be distributed among beneficiaries—contractors, suppliers, landowners, or external investors. Because ownership is tokenized, Buildynamics enables: * Continuous financing: liquidity is maintained during construction, not just after completion. * Transparent auctions: project tokens can be traded or auctioned among stakeholders, creating an open market for participation. * Risk–reward alignment: beneficiaries of the project (those building it or supplying it) also become co-owners, ensuring stronger collaboration and accountability.
