About builtd

builtd is a fresh design practice founded by Tahir Demircioglu in 2013. Drawing from more than a decade of hands-on experience producing functionally complex, large-scale mixed-use developments in New York and abroad, builtd provides market responsive, user driven and sustainable architectural solutions. Creativity is paramount. Innovation is everything. builtd offers a wide range of services, including architectural and urban design, master planning, sustainability consulting and interior design. We’re committed to excellence at every step of the design process. In addition to full architectural services, builtd also provides a unique product based on many years of experience leading residential and hospitality projects: a design-focused development consultancy. Through the early integration of an aesthetically pleasing design sensibility, we specialize in interpreting market data and program generation and translating the results into architectural possibilities. This keeps the core design concept intact, from the initiation to completion of each project. In today’s complex world of real estate development, we provide our clients with efficient and elegant solutions—without losing anything in translation. Tahir Demircioglu is a LEED-accredited professional and a licensed architect both in USA and Turkey.
