We specialize in assisting government entities and sovereign wealth funds in the acquisition, disposition, investment, and management of alternative assets such as real estate, precious metals, cryptocurrency, blockchain-based assets, and oil and gas products. Managing partners and equity shareholders have years of experience in investment management, structured finance, international law, and legal compliance. We also structure funds, fix debt stack issues, finance NPN (and trade re-performing), finance debtor in possession, and help our clients deal with partnership breakups. Our investment banking arm assists our clients in the participation of LBOs, mergers and acquisitions, A-stage-or-later equity investments, and patent portfolio purchases. Bulwark's Mandate Services arm offers round-the-clock global representation and provides top-notch advisement in all legal and financial aspects of the asset acquisition and disposition process.
