About Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc.

Since 1986, Burgess Construction Consultants, Inc. has been a national leader in engineering, construction quality inspections and energy testing across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia and Texas. Our programs are uniquely designed for each client – you won’t get an out of the box program that is filled with non-value-add processes. Instead, we learn what you need, design scopes, introduce to your teams, and then execute in the field. Offering next-day service and same-day reporting, we’re able to help builders move their homes through the pipeline faster, safer and with the highest levels of quality. Experience and training matter to us. So, our in-house team is filled with: Combination Code Certified Consultants Structural and Geotechnical Engineers Energy Raters and Field Inspectors And an entire network of professionals to support all key functions of each of our services. When it comes to data, we have it. Builders are able to use the field captured data to analyze defects and get ahead of trends that are slowing down the build cycle. And with our custom-tailored training programs designed around the data, Burgess offers free training to help mitigate and reduce errors from happening in the future. And to help motivate and improve performance of your field teams, we offer a unique mix of reward programs that keep your team members striving to build and deliver the highest quality of homes possible. Our program works for the nation’s largest home builders. It will work for your team, too. Design > Inspect > Analyze > Train > Reward
