It was registered as a Modaraba management company with the Registrar Modaraba, on June 19, 2020. The notion behind the flotation of Burj Clean Energy Modaraba is to deliver a Shariah compliant business model. BCEM focuses on renewable power development focusing on both utility-scale IPPs and Distributed Generation solutions for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential scale customers.
