About Burtner Strategic Advisory LLC

Burtner Strategic Advisory provides professional development coaching, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments, and personal leadership training to individuals and organizations looking to achieve goals and improve workplace culture. Coaching clients gain clarity, perspective, and forward momentum to achieve professional objectives and solve problems through a creative questioning dialogue that brings awareness to motivations and challenges hindering beliefs. Clients find their own direction, solutions, and next steps that resonate on a personal level to sustain positive change. Coaching helps clients align their personal and professional lives to find balance and make decisions congruent with their unique values and priorities. The Meyers Briggs Type Indicator assessment helps clients develop and build self-awareness and helps teams work better together. MBTI assists clients in (re)connecting with their unique strengths and talents. It provides a positive framework for learning about ourselves and growing. Understanding and applying MBTI type in the workplace can result in increased communication, more effective teams, and more satisfied employees and customers. MBTI type provides nonjudgmental language for talking about professional and personal relationship challenges. Personal leadership workshops focus on helping individuals and teams identify their personal roadmap of beliefs, values and principles that guide decisions and actions. Everyone is a leader regardless of management title. Cultivating a personal leadership philosophy encourages every professional to build a more respectful, empathic, resilient, trustworthy and productive culture in their workplace starting with the only person they have control over - themselves. Personal leadership training empowers employees and subsequently influences, motivates and inspires others through example.
