At Burton & Davis Business Concierge Services, we make things happen. Most clients come to us when work feels stuck, messy, or heavier than it should be. A project isn’t moving. The details are piling up. There’s pressure to deliver, but not enough time, clarity, or bandwidth to manage everything behind the scenes. That’s where we come in. We partner with small businesses, organizations, and consultants to step into projects that need fixing and help get them moving again. Our work is grounded in project management and execution, with a very hands-on, practical approach. Clients rely on us to: fix and stabilize projects that are behind or overwhelming take ownership of details, timelines, and follow-through coordinate people, vendors, and systems stay calm, solutions-focused, and steady when things feel stressful Many of our clients work with us over time, bringing us in project by project as needs arise. We act as a steady, long-term partner who understands their business, steps in when support is needed, and helps keep important work moving forward. If you’re dealing with a project that isn’t moving or need steady, capable support to get work across the finish line, we’d love to connect.
