Since the early 2000s, these games have engaged over 5,000 students and teachers from the University of Latvia, as well as adult learners. In 2022, we digitalized the games, enabling us to assist teachers worldwide in creating engaging, fun and effective classrooms. Business Simulation Games positively impact the development of strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills, which are crucial for Gen Z and address the challenges posed by AI in the education.
