His experience extends across multiple industries, including Medical Device Manufacturing, Original Equipment Manufacturing and Fiber Optics. He has a proven track record of nearly ten years in Structured Problem Solving and Project Management. BIG knows the importance of taking care of our customers. We use Lean, Six Sigma, applied statistics, project management, and structured problem solving to tackle your team’s toughest quality and operational issues.
