About the Business Skills Institute Business Skills Institute (BSI) is an award-winning, B-BBEE Level 1 training partner offering innovative and relevant accredited learning solutions that are applicable to any business and individual looking to move their futures forward through the education, training and development of their most valuable assets – their knowledge and careers. BSI originated in 2003 out of a need for a dedicated training provider for the micro-finance sector in South Africa but has developed over the years into a training partner for professionals and companies across a variety of industries in Africa and beyond. Today we offer specialised learning programmes in the financial services (i.e. credit, banking and insurance), debt recovery and debt counselling industries, but also learning programmes that meet general business and management skills needs and requirements. Our training institute comprises of professional staff who are specialised in training, learning methodology and specialised business skills. BSI is a resource for smart and inquisitive individuals or companies wanting to instill confidence in their abilities, processes, and service. We are also wholly owned by the Maharishi Invincibility Institute (MII), an accredited and registered non-profit South African skills-to-work educational institution.
