We’re a interim manager & consultant association for business excellence integration in companies and its promotion and implementation, including increasing competencies and preparing opportunities for cadres and qualified professionals. As an interim manager / senior project manager, we are immediately operational here, time-consuming and costly onboarding (and offboarding after project completion) is no longer necessary. As interim manager we always focus on the project or the goals and planned changes, put our own ego aside and ignore "internal politics" to ensure the project's success. Added to this is the expertise from many different transformations and specialist areas of a wide variety of top global companies.
