About Buwch Lifestyles and Management Pvt Ltd

Established in the year 2015 with a vision of manufacturing India's best shoe for the world, our experience with a huge client base spread across US, Europe and Middle East gave us a great understanding of their evolving tastes, style preferences as well as price-affordability. Our journey so far led us to the identification of several gaps in the supply-chain of handmade and premium leather footwear, potential errors in the manufacturing process-flow which manifests itself as poor and inconsistent quality of the pairs (even post sample-approval), failure in leather testing norms due to lack of strict supervision and legal compliances etc. Our mission is to be a one-stop-solution for the export market of high-end leather footwear. Our contribution to the supply-chain is necessary for clients who wish to capitalize on India's low-cost manufacturing story, but face big challenges in raw-material procurement, standardization and timely delivery, information asymmetry and non-transparent prices. Our physical proximity to a large number of factories further allow our team members to perform on-site quality monitoring and operational management of their orders in small and medium sized factories on the client's behalf, which is essential for reducing rejection-rates (and therefore drastically improve price-competitiveness) in large volumes of export-grade shipments. We are committed to making the largely manual process of Sample Selection, including but not limited to leather-selection, design and styling, pattern and construction etc. completely technology driven. Furthermore, starting from Sample Approval to shipment delivery, each step of the production process can be monitored by the Users, feedbacks or alterations can be communicated directly (and precisely) to the factory, so that the scope of human-error/miscommunication is significantly reduced and the client is always well-informed and value-addition on each pair is maximized.
