By Your Side Counseling Services, LLC is women owned and operated by therapists April Widdes, LCPC, Board Approved Supervisor and Ashley Saltzman, LCPC, NCC, Board Approved Supervisor. We are also therapists for the practice, as well as our other amazing therapist, Brittany Spoor, LGPC, NCC. We are providing mental health therapy services via telehealth for clients in MD and in-person located in Frederick, MD. We are out-of-network providers able to provide the documents needed for insurance reimbursement. We have years of experience working with children, teens, adults, families and parents! All providers are trauma informed, with Ashley having specialization in Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, and April being a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. All three therapists have extensive experience with varying client concerns and needs.
