About C&C Coaching

We’re Cat and Chau, a StrongFirst Elite Kettlebell Coach and a Krav Maga Black Belt. We’re former gym owners who left the brick-and-mortar life to bring you top quality, technique-focused kettlebell and self-defense coaching with a heathy dose of adventure. We believe that everyone can experience life-changing positive transformation through the dedicated skill practice of strength training and self-defense.
