C.J.S. Karate Defence is run voluntarily as a community group by Sensei Craig J. Sanderson with the intention of helping each student maximise their potential. Shotokan Karate-Do is the main style of discipline but street defence is also incorporated into the syllabus focusing heavily on avoidance and awareness techniques and application of techniques as a last resort.
