Our company has 7 offices located in southern California, our providers are specialize in personalized chronic pain management services. We also possess surgical center where we perform private procedures. We combine a multimodal treatment plan using evidence based treatment, rehabilitative approaches, and interventional procedures to manage chronic pain. About 50% of our patients are referred by injury Lawyers with different injury cases. On the other hand, the remaining percentage are patients who come through insurance agencies. Our providers diagnose and treat several disorders of the spine, musculoskeletal system and other pain conditions. Dr. Reekesh R. Patel is double Board Certified physical medicine & Rehabilitation Interventional pain management. Dr. Solomon Rojhani is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Fellowship Trained in interventional pain & spine medicine. Dr. Jason Kajbaf is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and fellowship trained in Interventional Spine & Pain Medicine.
