About Cacti Counseling

Cacti Counseling is a virtual, outpatient mental health clinic that helps identify what's working and isn't working in your life, how to address this, and go on a journey to find your true self. Recovery is not one size fits all, so treatment shouldn't be either. The therapy space should be welcoming to wherever you are in your journey, and we incorporate a variety of techniques to challenge the negative voice to take your life back. You don't have to be ready to commit to change, but let's talk about what could be.
