CALE 2026 jobs and careers

About CALE 2026

The Conference on Advocacy and Leadership in Engineering (CALE), hosted by McMaster University and Engineering Student Societies’ Council of Ontario (ESSCO) is a provincial conference promoting leadership in engineering to drive positive change. CALE will bring together student leaders from 18 engineering schools across Ontario, from interdisciplinary programs. This is an ideal opportunity for your company to connect with top emerging talent and showcase your commitment to innovation and leadership. ESSCO aims to support and represent engineering students across Ontario and promote engineering across the province. At CALE, ESSCO positions are highlighted and the elections for the following year are conducted.
