Calliope Health Ketamine is an on-site Ketamine-Assisted IFS Psychotherapy program in Bethesda, MD. We use ketamine in psychiatric care to accelerate and enhance treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and physiological pain that are worsened by chronic stress. Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy serves as effective roadmap to the non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOCS) that often arise during ketamine treatment. IFS is an evidenced-based trauma therapy that can greatly assist in the preparation and post-journey integration, which we believe is key to maximizing the powerful window of neuroplasticity that can open as a result of regular exposure to theraputic doses of ketamine.
