About Canadian Bavarian Millwork + Lumber Ltd.

Everything you see that’s wood, we craft. From raw timber to finished, install-ready product. Milling, drying, profiling, finishing, and quality control all happen in-house, under one roof. Canadian Bavarian is a vertically integrated wood manufacturer specializing in made-to-order architectural materials for architects, builders, and designers. Founded in 1982 and based in Chemainus, British Columbia, we blend Bavarian craftsmanship and technical discipline with a Canadian, process-driven approach. We work closely with teams like yours early in the design process. People who care about how things look, how they perform, and how they show up on site. Because every step is handled in-house, you do not have to worry about mismatched finishes, shifting tolerances, missed details, or deadlines slipping. What gets approved is what arrives, consistent, on time, and ready to install.
