About Canadian Law Review

Canadian law is living, contested, and consequential. The Canadian Law Review exists to reflect that, publishing bilingual commentary on jurisprudence, legal reform, and the practice of law in Canada that is rigorous without being exclusionary. Our mandate is to bridge the gap between legal expertise and public understanding, creating space for emerging perspectives that challenge and enrich Canadian legal discourse. We believe that conversation belongs to more than a narrow circle of experts, and we publish accordingly.
