About CannMed Events

Allow us to introduce you to the CannMed 26 Innovation & Collaboration Summit, June 15-18, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort. Join us for CannMed 26, where innovation and collaboration reach new heights! The leading minds in cannabis science, medicine, cultivation, and safety & testing are coming to the shores of Lake Tahoe for four days of curated oral & poster presentations, interactive panels, intensive workshops, unique networking events, and more. Over the last decade, CannMed has become a trusted, collaborative community for those who believe cannabis is medicine—and who are working to make it safer, more effective, and more widely accepted. CannMed unites researchers, clinicians, cultivators, lab professionals, regulators, and advocates in an immersive, all-inclusive setting designed to foster meaningful collaboration.
