About CanWorks - Workforce Development Non-Profit

Founded in November 2025, CanWorks is a student-powered nonprofit advancing equitable and sustainable financial freedom for Canadians. CanWorks equips young people with real-world experience to build meaningful careers while helping governments and small and medium-sized businesses develop strong, affordable talent pipelines. By connecting emerging talent with real workforce needs, we strengthen opportunity for individuals and competitiveness for Canadian employers. Since founded, we offered 20+ interns with real-world experience. OUR APPROACH: ECOSYSTEM Canada’s workforce challenge is not a resource gap—it’s a coordination gap. CanWorks connects employers, training providers, and mentors into an outcome-driven ecosystem that amplifies impact through collaboration. BOTTOM-UP & NOW We build the future with young Canadians, starting now. While many drive change through education reform and policy, we complement those efforts by empowering young Canadians now—through real opportunities and hands-on experience.. IMPACT-DRIVEN: Our scorecard is simple: opportunities created, talent placed, employers empowered. Visit us at canworks.ca Work with us - team@canworks.ca
