We undertake complex and diverse assignments for the regulators, investment banks, stockbrokers, fund managers and issuers. We are well experienced in setting up domestic and offshore business and non-business entities. These entities include, general partnership, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP); Private Companies Limited by Shares; Public Companies Limited by Shares; Company Limited by Guarantee with a Share Capital; Non governmental organizations, societies, trusts and associations. We support clients negotiate and conclude property transactions. These include sales and purchases, transfers, leases, charges, discharges, transmissions. We also conduct due diligence and support in structuring with developers. We represent clients in diverse disputes and litigation matters.
