Capital Raising Europe acts as a strategic regisseur throughout the capital raising process. That means defining the right structure, selecting the right capital partners and guiding clients through each step with discipline and oversight. We operate beyond traditional bank financing and advise on a broad range of capital solutions, including private capital, structured funding, and — where appropriate — tokenized capital structures. Our focus is on mid-market companies and real estate projects across Europe. We work independently, long-term oriented, and always in the interest of sustainable value creation. Capital Raising Europe represents clarity, calm, and control in complex financing situations. In the Netherlands, we operate under the name Financiering+.
