About Capricorn Properties Ltd

Covering Kildare and Dublin, Capricorn Properties Ltd is an ambitious, independent sales, lettings & property management company dedicated to providing superior customer service and a refreshing new approach to the property market. Our passion for property shines through in everything we do. We understand that it’s the little things that count, common courtesies like returning your calls, explaining the sales & lettings process and keeping you up-to-date; these are the things that really make a difference. In summary, we are a specialist company who value every one of our customers - being smaller and independent means that all parties have the advantage of speaking directly with the key decision makers, allowing flexible negotiation and ultimately a more personal service.
