Hospitality Consulting: The Capritta team consults for many hospitality and event organizations in the area of business development and sales strategy, team development and training, and operational excellence. Foodservice Consulting: In collaboration with foodservice specialist, Chef Mike Almos, the team consults within the foodservice industry on guest expectation, menu and labor engineering, and operational productivity.
