About Capstone Project Services, PLC

More than just architecture and design, Capstone Project Services, PLC offers a complete range of value-added services to supermarkets and retail industries across the southeastern U.S. From offices in Roanoke, VA, Ft. Myers, FL, and now Charlotte, NC, Capstone handles projects ranging from minor remodels, refreshes and rollouts, to larger and more detailed interior remodels and full store expansions. From beginning to end, Capstone stays focused on its commitment to bring your project in on-time and on-budget. Capstone conducts comprehensive site surveys and creates scope checklists covering every aspect of the project. We provide an as-built assessment and establish an accurate floor plan. We create detailed sets of biddable, buildable documents to ensure a smooth bidding process with accurate bids and less questions, thus lowering client costs. We thoroughly research local requirements and facilitate permitting with building and health departments, water authorities and fire marshals in every jurisdiction. We actively monitor the construction process from start to finish through attendance at pre-construction meetings, progress meetings and field visits. We maintain consistent and open communications and work closely with all members of the project team in reviewing RFIs, submittals and change order proposals. We conduct a final review of the project for the client that includes an item-by-item checklist of any areas of concern, and maintain a comprehensive library of knowledge that we consistently apply to new projects. Capstone Project Services, PLC also provides structural review and architectural design services to residential and commercial developers, and offers value engineering workshops which have helped our clients save thousands in project costs. Capstone Project Services, PLC is licensed to practice in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
