Cardinal Family Care is a national provider of telemedicine partnering with home health agencies. The company is licensed in 40 states and will attain licensure in the remaining states this year. We provide telemedicine consultations for patients in the privacy and comfort of their home. Our providers will manage the care of the patient during the home health episode and provide the required documentation to satisfy the face-to-face requirement. Working in conjunction with some of the largest home health organizations, our goal is to collaboratively provide the highest quality of clinical care to our shared patients. Cardinal Family Care's primary focus is on getting patients quick access to home health and reducing rehospitalizations through improved provider engagement in the home health episode.
